Start Your Path to Success!
Graduating college with the least debt possible requires three main steps.
Step One — Focus on your chosen career and map out a way to get there.
Know exactly what you want to do in life? That’s great. But if not, let’s work on that first. Changing majors several times once you’re enrolled delays your graduation date and increases the overall costs of your education. Stay focused and limit your overall total debt.
Step Two — Search the incredible list of school options available and find your perfect fit.
Not every school will offer your preferred major. But maybe that school offers a similar major that, when paired with the right minor, leads to a more fulfilling and complete experience for you while you’re enrolled. Or maybe that smaller school can offer a partial scholarship for a sport—such as cycling—that you didn’t even know existed. This process takes time. Look around.
Step Three — Don’t skip (yet) to your real concerns about how to pay for college.
Unfortunately, most students begin the process at the wrong entry point. Please don’t underestimate how important the first two steps are in avoiding debt. In Step Three, we focus on how to best pay for college. If we go step by step, using the college planning tools and worksheets we provide, and contact us with any questions you have, we can make the best way easy, too!
