Monroe Central High School families are encouraged to attend this workshop where INvestEd will share the latest information about filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as well as understanding the true cost of college, acquiring scholarships and grants, and more. INvestEd will work with families to create the FSA IDs necessary for filing the FAFSA. Please don’t forget to bring Social Security numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses for parents and students.

INvestEd travels to Perry Meridian High School in Indianapolis to talk with students & families about planning for college. The discussion will include the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships and choosing the right major and college.

INvestEd will be at Hammond Academy of Science & Tech to discuss the steps to take after filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). We’ll answer questions about the verification process, college award letters, and other funding options.

Seniors and their parents should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax and income information (for both students and parents), to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). INvestEd will be on hand to answer questions and guide families through the process.

We’ll discuss comparing the cost of college, scholarships and grants, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to complete the FAFSA. Don’t forget to bring tax and income documentation for parents and students.

Crown Point High School hosts a college fair where students of all ages can investigate various colleges and universities. Families can stop by INvestEd’s table from 5:30-7:00pm to discuss options for paying for college including tips on searching for scholarships. We’ll also lead discussions at 4:30pm & 6:15pm on the importance of FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), the FSA ID, and comparing college costs.
