INvestEd will be at Purdue University Fort Wayne to talk with students and families about planning for college. Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered.

Westfield High School hosts INvestEd for a discussion about college financial aid starting at 7:00pm. We’ll talk about the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), types of financial aid like scholarships & grants, and smart funding options. INvestEd will also be available from 6:30-8:30pm to assist seniors and their parents with filling out and submitting the FAFSA. Students and families planning to attend this part of the event should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax and income information (for both students and parents), to file the FAFSA.

Families of Bedford North Lawrence High School are encouraged to attend this workshop where INvestEd will present about college financial aid. We’ll discuss comparing the cost of college, scholarships and grants, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to complete the FAFSA. Don’t forget to bring tax and income documentation for parents and students.
