Event Type: understanding-scholarships

INvestEd visits Orleans High School to talk with the juniors during the day & then again with families in the evening starting at 6pm about planning for college. The discussion will include the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), understanding the value of education, & choosing the right major & college.

INvestEd will discuss the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and look at the various types of financial aid available with families at Orleans High School. We’ll also assist with FAFSA filing and submission. Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents.

Families of Medora High School are encouraged to attend this workshop where INvestEd will present about college financial aid. We’ll discuss comparing the cost of college, scholarship and grants, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to complete the FAFSA. Don’t forget to bring tax and income documentation for parents and students.

Students & families from Lake Central High School are encouraged to join INvestEd in a discussion on planning and paying for college.  INvestEd will present on picking a major and college, searching for scholarships, completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), and much more.

Seniors and their parents should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax and income information (for both students and parents), to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).  INvestEd will be on hand to answer questions and guide families through the process.

Students and families looking for help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are encouraged to attend this workshop. INvestEd will be at North Putnam High School to help families complete the FAFSA and answer any financial aid questions.
