Event Type: understanding-scholarships

Students and families looking for help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are encouraged to attend this workshop. INvestEd will be at North Vermillion High School to help families complete the FAFSA and answer any financial aid questions.  

INvestEd will be at Westfield High School to talk with students and families about planning for college. Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered.  INvestEd will have two presentations – one at 7:05pm and another at 7:50pm with the same information shared at both sessions. 

INvestEd will be at the Brown Community Learning Center to talk with students and families about planning for college. Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered. We’ll also be available to assist seniors and families with filling out and submitting the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents to complete the application.

INvestEd will be at Huntington Family Hall at Saint Joseph’s College of Marian University along with college admissions representatives and community partners for the Starfish Initiative College Fair. Visit our table to get resources about financial aid and scholarships. INvestEd will also be available to assist seniors and families with filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) during the event.

Students and families at Tri-West High School are invited to a Financial Aid Night. INvestEd will lead a discussion on the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), the FSA ID, and comparing college costs.

Students & families with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana are encouraged to attend this presentation to discuss planning & paying for higher education. INvestEd will present on the different types of financial aid, choosing a career path, managing education costs, and much more.

Center for Leadership Development in partnership with Eastern Star Church hosts INvestEd for a discussion about college financial aid. We’ll talk about the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships, and smart funding options.

INvestEd will be at The Excel Center – Meadows to discuss the college financial aid process with students. We’ll talk about types of federal & state aid, applying for scholarships, & the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
