Milan High School Early Awareness / College Prep Event & Finalizing Financial Aid Night
At 6pm INvestEd will meet with students and families at Milan High School Early Awareness / College Prep Event High School to discuss ways to pay for college wisely. Picking the right major and college, searching for scholarships and the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) will all be part of the discussion. Then at 7PM INvestEd will meet with seniors and their families to discuss the steps to take after filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). We’ll answer questions about the verification process, college award letters, and other funding options.

Milan High School hosts INvestEd for a discussion about recent changes to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We’ll talk about the importance of the form, applying for scholarships, and the best funding options. Afterwards, INvestEd will be available to assist students with creating FSA IDs, an important step in FAFSA filing. Students should bring Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses to create the accounts.
