Event Type: understanding-scholarships

INvestEd will be at Zionsville High School to talk with students about planning for college at the Women in Business & Technology Workshop. Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered.  

Visit with colleges and universities at Logansport High School for the Cass County College & Career Expo 2023. INvestEd will be on hand to talk with students and families about the financial aid process, tips on finding scholarships, and more. 

INvestEd will be available to assist students with filling out and submitting the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Students should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents to complete the application.  

INvestEd will meet with students and families at Northrop High School to discuss ways to pay for college wisely. Picking the right major and college, searching for scholarships and the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) will all be part of the discussion.

Professionals from various career fields along with colleges and universities will be at The Excel Center – West’s Certification/College & Career Fair. INvestEd will answer any questions students may have about planning for college including searching for scholarships, picking the right major and career, and financial aid. 

Families of Merrillville High School are encouraged to attend this workshop where INvestEd will present about college financial aid. We’ll discuss comparing the cost of college, scholarship and grants, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to complete the FAFSA. Don’t forget to bring tax and income documentation for parents and students.

INvestEd will be at Bedford North Lawrence High School along with representatives from various colleges and universities. Visit our table to talk about college Financial Aid, pick up some scholarship information, and get answers to questions about paying for college.

Students & families looking for help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are encouraged to attend a workshop at Adams High School where INvestEd will help families complete the FAFSA & answer any financial aid questions.
