Event Type: understanding-scholarships

INvestEd will be available to assist students and families with filling out and submitting the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents to complete the application.

Families of Pike High School are encouraged to attend this workshop where INvestEd will present about college financial aid. We’ll discuss comparing the cost of college, scholarships and grants and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to complete the FAFSA. Don’t forget to bring tax and income documentation for parents and students.

INvestEd will be at Pike High School to talk with students and families about planning for college. Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered.

INvestEd will be available to assist students with creating FSA IDs, an important step in FAFSA filing. Students should bring Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses to create the accounts.
