Whiting High School hosts a college planning night with students and parents welcome. INvestEd will be on hand to discuss topics like choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and college financial aid. We’ll also assist with creating the FSA IDs necessary for filing the FAFSA for both the student and parent. Families should bring Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses for both the student and parents.

Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered at the 5:30PM presentation while INvestEd will lead a discussion on the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), the FSA ID, and comparing college costs at the 7PM presentation.
