Event Type: understanding-scholarships

Professionals from various career fields will be at George Washington High School for JA CareerIgnite. Visit INvestEd’s table for free resources and information about planning for post secondary education including searching for scholarships, picking the right major and career, and the financial aid process.

Seniors and their parents should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax and income information (for both students and parents), to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).  INvestEd will be on hand to answer questions and guide families through the process.

Families and students are encouraged to attend our evening presentation at Eastern High School in Pekin to discuss planning and paying for college. INvestEd will present on picking a major and college, searching for scholarships, completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), and much more.   
 

INvestEd will discuss the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and look at the various types of financial aid available with students at Shoals High School. We’ll also assist with FAFSA filing and submission. Students should bring any tax and income information.

Lebanon High School is hosting an open house for parents and students in grades 9-12 for an evening of academic exploration! Visit our table to talk about college Financial Aid, pick up some scholarship information, and get answers to questions about paying for college.

INvestEd will be at Silver Creek High School along with representatives from various colleges and universities. INvestEd will answer any questions students may have about planning for college including searching for scholarships, picking the right major and career and financial aid.

Students and families looking for help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are encouraged to attend this workshop. INvestEd will be at Oregon Davis High School to help families complete the FAFSA and answer any financial aid questions.
