Jennings County High School Early Awareness / College Prep & Financial Aid Event
INvestEd will meet with students and families at Jennings County High School to discuss ways to pay for college wisely. Picking the right major and college, searching for scholarships and the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) will all be part of the discussion. Then at 7pm, INvestEd will discuss the college financial aid process. We’ll talk about types of federal and state aid, comparing college costs, and smart funding options.
