INvestEd will be at MCCSC’s  4th Annual Preparing for High School and Beyond Mini Conference at The Academy of Science and Entrepreneurship to talk with students and families about the financial aid process. Filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships, and reviewing college award letters will all be part of the discussion. 

April 8, 2027 | 5:00 PM

INvestEd will be at Austin High School to discuss the steps to take after filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). We’ll answer questions about the verification process, college award letters, and other funding options. Afterwards, INvestEd will be available to assist students and families with filling out and submitting the FAFSA. Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents to complete the application.

Seniors and their parents should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax and income information (for both students and parents), to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).  INvestEd will be on hand to answer questions and guide families through the process.

Rossville High School hosts INvestEd for a discussion about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We’ll talk about the importance of the form, applying for scholarships, and the best funding options. INvestEd will also be available to assist students and families with creating the StudentAid.gov account. Families should bring Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and emails to create the accounts.

Students and families looking for help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are encouraged to attend this workshop. INvestEd will be at Austin High School to help families complete the FAFSA and answer any financial aid questions.

INvestEd will meet with students at Calumet New Tech High School to discuss ways to pay for college wisely. Picking the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) will all be part of the discussion.
