Students and families looking for help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are encouraged to attend this workshop. INvestEd will be at Winamac Community High School to help families complete the FAFSA and answer any financial aid questions.  

INvestEd will discuss changes to the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and look at the various types of financial aid available with families at Winamac Community High School. We’ll also assist with creating the FSA IDs necessary for filing the FAFSA for both the student and parent. Families should bring Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses for both the student and parents.  

INvestEd will be at the Ben Davis High School Senior Signing Day. Visit our table to talk about college financial aid, pick up some scholarship information, and get answers to questions about paying for college. 

Seniors should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax and income information, to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). INvestEd will be on hand to answer questions and guide students through the process.

INvestEd travels to Ben Davis High School to talk with students and families about planning for college. The discussion will include the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships, and choosing the right major and college. Make sure to stop by the INvestEd table too to get information about searching for scholarships and top questions to ask during the college search process!

Then at 7:00pm during the Senior Meeting INvestEd will lead a discussion on the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), federal and state grants, and ways to maximize free money.
