Westfield High School hosts INvestEd for a discussion about college financial aid starting at 7:00pm. We’ll talk about the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), types of financial aid like scholarships & grants, and smart funding options. INvestEd will also be available from 6:30-8:30pm to assist seniors and their parents with filling out and submitting the FAFSA. Students and families planning to attend this part of the event should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax and income information (for both students and parents), to file the FAFSA.

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is the main focus of this presentation to seniors in the JAG Program. INvestEd will review the FAFSA and look at the various types of financial aid available. We will also help students complete the FAFSA and answer any questions they may have.

We’ll discuss comparing the cost of college, scholarships and grants, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to complete the FAFSA. Don’t forget to bring tax and income documentation for parents and students.
