Eastern High School College Prep / Early Awareness & FAFSA Completion Day
INvestEd travels to Eastern High School in Pekin to talk with students about planning for college. The discussion will include the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships and choosing the right major and college. Seniors can also get help filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). INvestEd will be available to answer questions and guide them through the process.

Shenandoah High School Finalizing Financial Aid & FAFSA Completion Event
INvestEd will be at Shenandoah High School to discuss the steps to take after filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). We’ll answer questions about the verification process, college award letters, and other funding options. INvestEd will also be available to assist students and families with filling out and submitting the FAFSA. Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents to complete the application.

Seniors and families looking for help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are encouraged to attend this workshop from 3:30-5:30pm at Tri High School. INvestEd will help families complete the FAFSA and answer any financial aid questions. Then, at 6:00pm INvestEd will meet with students and families to discuss ways to pay for college wisely. Picking the right major and college, searching for scholarships and the importance of the FAFSA will all be part of the discussion.
