Event Type: paying-for-college

Seniors and families of Decatur Central High School are encouraged to attend this workshop where INvestEd will present about college financial aid. We’ll discuss comparing the cost of college, scholarship and grants, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to complete the FAFSA and answer any questions.

INvestEd will be at The Excel Center – Michigan Street to talk with students about planning for college. Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered.  

INvestEd travels to Silver Creek High School to talk with students about planning for college. The discussion will include the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships, and choosing the right major and college.

INvestEd will be available to assist students with filling out and submitting the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Students should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents to complete the application.  

INvestEd will meet with JAG students at Kokomo High School to discuss ways to pay for college wisely. Picking the right major and college, searching for scholarships and the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) will all be part of the discussion.

Students and families looking for help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are encouraged to attend this workshop. INvestEd will be at Phalen Leadership Academy to help families complete the FAFSA and answer any financial aid questions.

INvestEd will be at Lowell High School to discuss the steps to take after filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). We’ll answer questions about the verification process, college award letters, and smart funding options.
