Families should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax & income information (for both students & parents), to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). INvestEd will be on hand to answer questions and guide families through the process.

INvestEd travels to Southridge HS to talk with students about planning for college. The discussion will include the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships and choosing the right major and college. INvestEd will also be available to assist seniors with filling out and submitting the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

Students & families are invited to Southridge High School’s Parent Engagement Night where INvestEd will give two presentations. At 6pm, we will discuss ways to pay for college wisely, picking the right major, searching for scholarships, and the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). During the second presentation at 6:30pm, we will talk about the FAFSA and the various types of financial aid available.

INvestEd will be at Westfield High School to talk with Freshmen in the AVID classes about planning for college. Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered.

Families of Shortridge High School are encouraged to attend this workshop where INvestEd will share the latest information about filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as well as understanding the true cost of college, acquiring scholarships and grants, and more. After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to create the FSA IDs necessary for filing the FAFSA. Please don’t forget to bring Social Security numbers, phone numbers, and emails for parents and students.

Students and families at Cathedral High School are invited to a Financial Aid Night. INvestEd will lead a discussion on the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), the FSA ID, and comparing college costs.
