Seniors and their parents should bring all the necessary paperwork, including tax and income information (for both students and parents), to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). INvestEd will be on hand to answer questions and guide families through the process.

INvestEd will discuss changes to the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and look at the various types of financial aid available with families at Bloomfield High School. We’ll also assist with creating the FSA IDs necessary for filing the FAFSA for both the student and parent. Families should bring Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses for both the student and parents.

Mitchell High School hosts the Tri-County COSMOS College Fair where students of all ages can investigate various colleges and universities. Families can also stop by INvestEd’s table to discuss options for paying for college including tips on searching for scholarships.

INvestEd will answer any questions students may have about planning for college including searching for scholarships, picking the right major and career and financial aid.
