INvestEd will be available to assist students and families with filling out and submitting the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents to complete the application.  

March 16, 2026 | 5:00 PM

INvestEd will be at Valparaiso High School at 5pm to discuss with Seniors the steps to take after filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). We’ll answer questions about the verification process, college award letters, and other funding options. Then at 6pm INvestEd will talk with students and families about planning for college. Choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) are some of the topics that will be covered.  

November 24, 2025 | 5:00 PM

Morgan Township High School invites seniors and families from all East Porter County High Schools to join INvestEd for a discussion about college financial aid. INvestEd will explain the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), federal and state grants, and ways to maximize free money. We’ll also assist with FAFSA filing and submission. Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents.

February 10, 2026 | 5:00 PM

Families of Wheeler High School are encouraged to attend this workshop where INvestEd will present about college financial aid. We’ll discuss comparing the cost of college, scholarships and grants, and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After the presentation, INvestEd will work with families to complete the FAFSA. Don’t forget to bring tax and income documentation for parents and students.  

November 18, 2025 | 5:00 PM

INvestEd will discuss the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and look at the various types of financial aid available with families at Wheeler High School. We’ll also assist with FAFSA filing and submission. Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents. 

March 16, 2026 | 6:00 PM

INvestEd will meet with students and families at Valparasio High School Early Awareness / College Prep Event High School to discuss ways to pay for college wisely. Picking the right major and college, searching for scholarships and the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) will all be part of the discussion.
