The Indiana Latino Institute hosts a college planning night with students and parents welcome. INvestEd will be on hand to discuss topics like choosing the right major and college, searching for scholarships, and college financial aid.

INvestEd will be at GEO Next Generation Academy along with representatives from various colleges and universities. Visit our table to talk about college Financial Aid, pick up some scholarship information, and get answers to questions about paying for college.

We’ll also assist with creating the FSA IDs necessary for filing the FAFSA for both the student and parent. Families should have Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses for both the student and parents.   

Martin University hosts the Indianapolis Black Alumnni Council (IBAC) HBCU College Fair where students of all ages can investigate various colleges and universities. Starting at 7pm, INvestEd will lead a discussion on the importance of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), comparing college costs, & the FSA ID. Families can also stop by INvestEd’s table to discuss options for paying for college including tips on searching for scholarships.
